What are some of the similarities and differences between the SAS rainforest, and the dairy farm rainforest?
One of the most obvious differences was the size. The dairy farm rainforest was a lot bigger, with two interwoven trails that took around 45 minutes to hike around both of them, with a few stops. The SAS rainforest is much smaller, with a small trail that takes from 2-5 minutes to hike one way.
However, similarities include similar species. Both rainforests had snakes, figs, and millions of insects.
Additionally, both rainforests are secondary rainforests, which means that they both have regrown into the rainforest they are today, after some disturbance, like fires, or humans cultivating the land.
